Place the crackers and melted butter in a food processor and blend together until it is finely ground.
In a spring form pan, place wax paper on the sides of the pan.
Pour crust mixture into the base, then spread and then press evenly. Place in refrigerator.
Place all filling ingredients into a blender and blend until completely creamy.
Put the mixture onto the crust and bake the cheesecake for about 50 minutes at 350°F or until it is lightly browned.
Let cool for 8 hours and serve cold with some fruit sauce.

What size of Can of Coconut Milk please?

Hello! Thank you for contacting us. In regards to your question about the size of the can of coconut milk, the average can of coconut milk usually comes in 13 or 14 oz. so this size should work fine. Hope this helps. God bless you!
