In a large skillet melt soy margarine and add brown rice. Break angel hair noodles into small pieces. Stir into the brown rice. Sauté until golden brown.

Add seasonings, one at a time, to water and pour over rice mixture.

Cover and simmer for 45 minutes or until tender.
