Combine in mixing bowl and set aside.

Drain and freeze at least overnight, then thaw

Slice the thawed tofu into strips and lay them on a baking pan.

With a small basting brush, spread the basting mixture on both sides of the tofu strips.

Bake at 375°F for 50 minutes, turning at the halfway point.

Tofu strips will look like dried-up French fries. (Don’t overbake them. They should not be dark).

Place strips in a baking dish and pour the Barbecue Sauce over them. Let them sit for 2-3 hours. Bake at 375°F for 30 minutes.
