Ingredients

4 cups golden cherry tomatoes, chopped
½ cup fresh cilantro, chopped
½ cup onion, finely chopped
½ tsp oregano, ground
½ cup green pepper, seeded and chopped
1 Tbsp olive oil
2 banana peppers, seeded and chopped
2 Tbsp lime juice
1 Tbsp fructose, optional
½ tsp sea salt

Steps

Step 1
In a large bowl, combine each ingredient one at a time. Cover and chill for several hours. Makes 3-4 cups
