Ingredients

1 head cauliflower
6 potatoes, cubed
¼ head green cabbage, finely shred
¼ -½ cup water from steaming
6 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp garlic powder
1 Tbsp Herbamare/Vegetable Seasoning
½ tsp salt
dried basil (for garnish)

Steps

Step 1
Steam potatoes, cauliflower, and cabbage until tender.
Step 2
Add to a bowl with herbs and seasonings.
Step 3
Mash, adding water only as needed to mashed potato-like consistency.
