Add water, oats, and optional additions to a blender.
Blend for about 30 seconds (do not over-blend or it may turn slimy).
Strain through cheesecloth or a clean t-shirt. Do not squeeze – just let it drip.
#Notes: Ratio: 1 part oats to 4 parts water. Always use cold water. Blend sparingly – less is more. Do not squeeze the pulp – use it in muffins, a smoothie, or in soup as a thickener.
