Mash peeled sweet potatoes in a bowl. Mix in carob or cocoa powder, melted coconut oil, salt, cayenne or cinnamon, and sweetener to taste.
Whip aquafaba with ½ tsp cream of tartar until soft peaks form (like whipped cream). Sweeten if desired. Reserve some for topping.
Gently fold whipped aquafaba into the sweet potato mixture until combined.
Chill until ready to serve.
Top with reserved aquafaba whip and fresh fruit. Serve chilled or enjoy right away.
