“Winning ‘Weigh’ Challenge”
Place chickpeas in large bowl and add chopped red onion, celery, onion powder, garlic powder, sea salt, relish and nutritional yeast flakes; mix well.
Add minced seaweed to mixture. Stir in the mayonnaise; mix well. Spread tuna mixture equally onto 4 slices of sprouted wheat bread. Top with green leafy lettuce and sliced tomatoes. Serves 4
