To make the dough, in a bowl or a stand mixer add all the ingredients in the order above. 

Mix them all together until you get a dough that is soft but not sticky. 

Put the dough in a greasy bowl, cover it, and let it rise until doubled in size. 

In the meantime mix all the ingredients to make the filling except the Ketchup, and the mayo at the end, put aside. 

After the dough rises, flatten it with your hands and add ¾ the amount of the filling in the middle of it, then close it up to make a ball. 

Carefully flatten it and be sure it’s completely closed. 

Mix the ketchup and the mayo brush the top of the dough then add the rest of the filling. 

Bake for 20-25 minutes at 350°F.
