Zippy Enchilada Sauce

“Black Bean Enchilada Bake”

Ingredients

5 cups water
½ cup tomato paste
½ cup chili powder
2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp cumin
½ tsp dried oregano
1 Tbsp salt
1 Tbsp butlers Chick-Style Seasoning
4 Tbsp avocado or olive oil
¼ cup corn starch

Steps

Step 1
Combine water, chili powder, garlic powder, cumin, and butler chick-style seasoning in a saucepan and bring to a light boil for 2 minutes.
Step 2
In a separate dish, combine oil and corn starch.
Step 3
Once water and seasonings are boiling, slowly pour in oil and corn starch while whisking continually.
Step 4
Heat the sauce until thick and bubbly (about 3-5 minutes).
