Stir in the diced tomatoes, fresh minced garlic, and frozen vegetables; mix well. Cook on medium heat for about 30-40 minutes; or until vegetables are tender.
Add in the onion powder and cayenne pepper. Stir in soy curls and continue to cook until the soy curls are tender. Serves 8-10
