Corn Soufflé

“Caribbean Touch”

Ingredients

2 Tbsp vegan butter
2 Tbsp flour
¾ cup milk
⅓ cup sour cream
1 cup vegan mozzarella cheese
2 tsp MioseSpice “da best”
2 Tbsp nutritional yeast
1 can whole kernel corn
1 can cream corn
15 oz or 2⅓ cup cornbread mix

Steps

Step 1
On medium heat, in a pot add your better let it melt.
Step 2
Add flour and let it cook for about 1-2 minutes.
Step 3
Add milk as you stir vigorously to prevent lumps.
Step 4
Add the rest of the ingredients except the corn mix. Be sure to stir and combine everything.
Step 5
Add the corn mix and stir to prevent lumps.
Step 6
Then pour in a 9×9 inch greased pan.
Step 7
Bake for 25 minutes at 350°F.
