“Supper Ideas“

Ingredients

2 Tbsp canola oil
1 pkg. Mori Nu silken tofu, firm
½ tsp sea salt
1 cup blueberries, fresh
2 Tbsp lemon juice, fresh
1 cup strawberries, sliced
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup blackberries
3 Tbsp pure maple syrup
1 cup favorite granola

Steps

Step 1
In a blender add canola oil, sea salt. lemon juice, vanilla and maple syrup.
Step 2
Add silken tofu and blend until smooth.
Step 3
In parfait glasses, add a layer of berries and a layer of tofu mixture.
Step 4
Repeat process twice and top with your favorite granola.
