Bring water or broth to a boil.

Add red bell pepper, butter or oil, thyme leaves and salt.

Stir in couscous, cover and reduce heat to simmer. Add raisins.

Cook until liquid is absorbed. Add chopped cilantro, stir and fluff. Serve hot.
