“Take it To-Go”

Ingredients

1 whole wheat tortilla
2 spoonfuls of cooked beans
2 spoonfuls of cooked brown rice
1 spoonful diced tomatoes/salsa
½ sliced avocado
1 spoonful cheezy wheezy sauce
Season to taste

Steps

Step 1
Drain beans and heat in a saucepan with a little olive oil and salt.
Step 2
Heat tortilla and spread Cheezy Wheezy Sauce over it.
Step 3
Add beans, rice, salsa / tomatoes, and avocado. Roll and serve.
